The Protection of privacy of our visitors when visiting our site is of high priority for us hence try our best so that our visitors feel safe providing their personal data while visiting our sites. Reason for personal data processing

  • ARGO processes your personal data in order to conclude the contract agreements made by means of on-line shops (further called Service). It means that the data is required for the following aims:

-online registration

-concluding the contract

-settle an account

-delivery of the goods being ordered

-consumer rights (for example the right for recession from a contract or warrant)

  • if you agree to receive the newsletter concerning current novelties and special offers.

ARGO will process your personal data in order to send you the commercial information concerning current novelties, special offers and bargain sale.

Legal Basis of personal data processing

Personal data is processed according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

Your personal data is processed after your approval given while registration in our Service and at the moment of transaction confirmation.

You give us your approval for processing of your personal data of your free will although your disagreement will cause nonenforceability of registration in our Service system and further performing of purchase in our transaction system.

Your rights -access to your personal data:

  1. you have the right to withdraw your personal data without giving any reason. You have the right to withdraw your approval for some concrete personal data processing: for example withdrawal for receiving a newsletter or all kind of personal data processing. If you withdraw the approval of processing your personal data of every kind it means that your user’s account will be deleted from our Service system and you personal data will no longer be processed. The withdraw of your approval will not affect the already performed actions.

  2. You can make a demand to withdraw all the personal data we have without giving a reason. The withdraw of your approval will not affect the already performed actions. Your user’s account will be deleted from our Service system and you personal data will no longer be processed.

  3. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data completely or for some reason. Such objection will not affect the already performed actions. Such objection will cause deleting of your user’s account from our Service system and you personal data will no longer be processed.

  4. You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data for some period of time or in some specific cases – we will perform it according to your demand. Such limitation will not affect the already performed actions.

  5. You have the right to make correction of your personal data.

  6. You have the right to ask to pass your personal data to the third parts. It should be done in writing by contacting ARGO by email and giving the full name and address of a person/institution we should pass your personal data and in what way. Passing of your personal data will be done in electronic form after your confirmation. Such confirmation from your side is required in order to ensure your personal data security and to make sure that the demand is done by an authorised person.

  7. You have the right to obtain access t personal data held about you.

  8. You have the right to submit a complaint in case you think your personal data is being processed unlawfully.

We are to inform you in terms of 1 month from receiving a complaint/request of any kind from your side about the actions that were undertaken in such case.

Time of keeping your personal data safe

Your personal data is kept until your user’s account is being deleted from our Service system. The deleting of your account can occur under the following circumstances: you will delete your user’s account or you will withdraw the consent you gave us for processing of personal data, making complaint for processing of personal data or your demand to withdraw your personal data. In such case we will keep on storing the archive data concerning your purchase – such data is required in terms of your right to recession from a contract or according to current law regulations.

Personal data processing agreement

ARGO can entrust the personal data processing to the third parts which are in co-operation with ARGO with subjects required for proper completion of transaction, for example for preparation of your order and delivery of the goods or for passing of commercial information from ARGO (the last point is for the users who agreed to receive the commercial information in the form of newsletters)

The User’s personal data except from the reasons indicated in the present Privacy Policy will not be disclosed to any third parts especially to other institutions and companies in order to send some marketing information for the third parts. The users’ personal data are not passed outside the European Union territory.

Commercial Information – signing up for Newsletter and unsubscribing from it.

You can sign up for our newsletter through giving us your e-mail address and agreeing for your personal data processing in order to receive the commercial and marketing information. By means of the newsletter we inform you about our newest offers (for example, about novelties, special offers and sales). You can unsubscribe our newsletter by clicking into the link in received newsletter.

Website ARGO SA uses “cookies’. Cookies files are small text files used to gather specific information concerning the used equipment like computer, smartphone, etc while searching the internet.
